An automated email is sent to your registered email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a no-reply email address.

- Can I collect from a local store?
We Would like to inform you that BrandBerrys is an e-commerce store and we do not own any local stores. our products are kept in our Warehouses.

The item could have been dispatched separately from another one of our warehouses.

- How do I return an item?
You can initiate a return within 36 hours of receiving your order.
Steps to request a return if you have an account on BrandBerrys :
- Login to your account and click on orders
- You will find a “Request for Return” Button on the order item if you are returning within 36 Hours of receiving the product. If it has been more than 36 hours you will not see this button and can email us for the same with product pictures and reason for return on email@example.com
- Once you click the “Request for Return” Button you will need to fill the form and hit SUMBIT.
We usually confirm the status of your request within 36 hours and based on the situation we refund your full amount within 3 working days of receiving the product back in our warehouse.
- Can I return an item with no reason at all?
At BrandBerrys we strive to bring the most sort after brands to offer your their best and premium products. In order for us to be fair to our sellers we only accept returns on orders that contain a wrong or damaged item or if damage caused by logistics. The steps for return are the same as mentioned above.
